Account Deletion Policy

TR10K (developed by Parachute Digital Solutions Ltd.) provides you full control over identifiable data associated with your account.

 

If at any time you should wish to delete your account you can do so in one of the following ways:
 

1. Logging into your account on the app and pressing the Delete Account button at the bottom of the Profile screen

2. Manually requesting deletion of your account help@tr10k.com

 

In either case, all identifiable data related to your account such as name, e-mail address and other personal information related to your account profile will be removed from our systems.

 

1. Delete Account Via App

The preferred method of account deletion is found within the app itself.

 

This method can be performed as follows:
 

1. Login to your account through the TR10K app on your device

2. Access the Profile screen via pressing the Profile tab in the bottom navigation tabs or the pop-out navigation button in the top-left of the app

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile screen and tab the Delete Account button

4. To authorize the account deletion re-enter your Account E-mail and Password in the form

5. Tap the Delete Account button to submit the form

6. A pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete your account, press Confirm

7. The system will then verify the details provided, delete your account and automatically log you out of the app. All identifiable information regarding your account has now been deleted.

 

2. Manually Request Account Deletion

If for any reason you are unable to delete your account via the app then you can manually request we delete the account for you via: help@tr10k.com

 

We’ll get that resolved for you as soon as we can.

 

If possible, a brief explanation of your reasoning for deletion is valuable to us but will have no effect on whether your account is purged from our systems.
